Open until 1782: you can still breathe the air of the Apennines’ trattorias, indeed old tables and cupboards, fireplaces, ancient porcelain and kitchen books find space in small rooms with the flavor of the past.
Since 2000 Paola Giovannardi welcomes guests with kindness.
The kitchen, curated by his son Samuele, offers traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with creativity in the respect of tradition, enhancing the products of the territory.
