Vetrina Toscana is a project of the Region of Tuscany, in collaboration with Unioncamere Toscana. It is managed by Toscana Promozione Turistica and Fondazione Sistema Toscana, which promotes tourist experiences linked to the identity of food and wine, the territory and local agricultural and food products
To join the project, members have to sign a manifesto that is founded on the sharing of the following identity values that guide the positioning, behaviour and objectives of those who become part of the Vetrina network: to love Tuscany and its culinary culture, to embrace the principles of environmental sustainability, to be custodians of tradition, but equally attentive to new contemporary trends
Everyone who offers food and wine experiences is eligible to be a part of the Vetrina Toscana network: restaurants, shops and producers, but also agritourisms, wine routes, wineries, breweries, oil mills, bathing establishments, travel agencies and hotels: at the moment, the programme embraces nearly two thousand businesses, which make up one of the largest food and wine networks in Italy
Becoming part of the Vetrina Toscana network means being able to take advantage of a series of services and opportunities made available by the Region of Tuscany, including coordinated information, communication and promotion actions on social networks, national and international media (radio, press, and television). Moreover, the Vetrina Toscana project is strongly linked to the tourism portal of the Region of Tuscany: visittuscany.com. An interconnection that allows members to interact with the digital ecosystem of the Region, which in turn leads to the creation of a food and wine sector that is integrated with the world of tourism
