Ristorante Silvio – La Storia a Tavola

The restaurant is located in a town along the Brennero, 5km from Abetone, a famous ski resort in the Appenine district.

Open for more than 20 years, the kitchen specialises in first courses tied mostly to the Pistoia mountains – pastoral products, mushrooms, meat reared on site – offering a tasting menu that has four starters and 5 first courses.

To accompany this choice are numerous meat mains (beef, pork and poultry) and sometimes game. It’s completed by the dessert menu (puddings, pies and cakes) also made with products from our mountain (blueberries, raspberries …). The raw milk pecorino cheese is Slow-Food and happily ends any meal.
