Paolo and Alba Restaurant offers homemade Tuscan cuisine with pasta carefully prepared by hand, which includes ravioli, the typical Mugello potato tortelli, noodles, potato dumplings, as well as seasonal soups and much more.

The main courses and side dishes are cured and local products of first choice are used: the real florentin steak, the sliced beef and other specialties.
