A rustic, but elegant restaurant with wooden beams and timeless brick, located in the centre of the main square of Montiano with a wonderful view that stretches from the Uccellino Natural Park to the sea, the Argentario Coast, the Orbetello Lagoon
and all the way to Capalbio.

Maremman cuisine with personalized reinterpretations. A very large menu that’s especially attentive to the seasonality of products and ingredients; crostini appetisers, bruschetta and carpaccio; homemade starters like Spaghetti alla ‘Ghigo’, Bavette pasta with duck ragu and ravioli with mushrooms or truffles.

Excellent mains, among which we must highlight the grilled meats (a fantastic Florentine steak), the Maremman wild boar, and the venison in chestnut cream and juniper berries. Chunks of beef with cocoa powder and a range of homemade desserts. The restaurant also caters for celiacs.
