Azienda Agricola Coveri

The farm Coveri is run by Stefano and Carla Coveri who since 2005 have decided to commit themseves to the family business carried out by several generations.
The cultivation of 34 hectares of land under management since 2008 is biological and it is divided between pasture areas and areas for the production of fodder and cereals. In addition, this activity is associated with the breeding of about 300 dairy sheep, of which 120 of Massese breed and the remaining 180 of Comisana breed and 30 dairy goats of Sanen breed. From the milk produced by these animals, many products can be obtained, according to the seasons and the periods of production of the milk itself, the following products: ricotta and sheep’s cheese, raw and pasteurized milk and ricotta and goat cheese. The purchase of these products is possible at the company store, or it can be delivered to your home or shipped.
