L’Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie is a restaurant which prizes quality in all things, not only in the food we serve. We want our customers to understand and value the simple yet excellent food typical to Tuscany and the local recipes which are sometimes either forgotten or taken for granted.
We are thrilled to serve food made by local gastronomic artisans such as butchers and farmers who, like us, have a real respect for the quality and authenticity of local produce.
This is the philosophy that chef and owner, Daniele Fagiolini, applies to all the dishes on his menus.
