The freshness of our cold cuts, also made from game meats, and pecorino cheeses, is an unique experience you can savour with one of our tasting platters, seated on old wine barrels, or to takeaway.

The selection of exclusively Maremman wines from the best wineries in the area provides for a well-rounded tasting session.

We also have a wide range of honey, jams and compotes, pestos, sauces and creams from selected producers, local olive oil, craft beers, Tuscan drinks and liqueurs, legumes, artisan biscuits, pasta extruded through bronze dies and made with ancient grains and a rich selection of souvenirs to “take home”.
