Minimalism with a gourmet heart and soul. Osteria Bernado is a cosy and intimate space where the warm interior creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The menu shows great respect for Tuscan culinary traditions, with the odd creative twist and the use of excellent local, seasonal ingredients and flavours. The dishes on offer demonstrate this combination of tradition, creativity and passion.

The menu includes many traditional dishes from Tuscany and other regions. Each well-thought out dish is prepared with skill and precision and, although the food is never ‘extreme’, it is often prepared with a creative twist. The modern dishes combine and contrast ingredients, but not at the expense of well-balanced flavours.

The wine list contains many local wines from the Pisa area, with a special emphasis on labels which offer good value for money. The list also includes some “meditation wines” and several sparkling wines.
