The kitchen’s genuine goal is to enhance the natural flavours and aromas of the raw ingredients, with the maximum effort of the staff and Chef Valentino D’Aloisio, who, with his thirty years of experience, is always looking for customer satisfaction.
Fresh fish cooked each day and beautifully presented, emphasising new developments in the kitchen that combine tradition and innovation. 140 seats are available for banquets and conventions.
There is no shortage of desserts and homemade gelatos, all washed down with a large and well-stocked wine cellar that you can visit. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch.
