Godiolo

Godiolo is located in the central part of one of the oldest places for the cultivation of vines and olive trees near Montepulciano.

The wines of the company are characterized by:

– about 2.50 ht of vineyard of over forty years of age, where you will find the clones of Prugnolo Gentile, Canaiolo and Mammolo that particularly enrich their Vino Nobile. The blackthorn and canaiolo clones enhance the delicacy and fruity taste of the wines.
The presence of Malvasia and Trebbianino, locally called “pulcenculo”,  makes unique the quality and aromas of “Vin Santo di Montepulciano“, which is still produced with the oldest methods;

– about 3.00 ht. of new vineyards with a selection of the best clones of Sangiovese produced after the 1990s, seeking  the quality over the quantity.
