{"id":29742,"date":"2018-04-03T12:31:10","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T10:31:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vetrinatoscana.netseven.work\/ricette\/tuscan-cantucci-biscuits\/"},"modified":"2018-04-03T12:31:10","modified_gmt":"2018-04-03T10:31:10","slug":"tuscan-cantucci-biscuits","status":"publish","type":"ricetta","link":"https:\/\/vetrinatoscana.netseven.work\/en\/ricetta\/tuscan-cantucci-biscuits\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuscan cantucci biscuits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/>\n200 g \u201czero km\u201d plain flour \u2013 from the Molino Bardazzi mill<br \/>\n75 g wholemeal flour from 100% Italian stone-ground soft wheat \u2013<br \/>\nMolino Bardazzi<br \/>\n75 g wholemeal flour from stone-ground oats &#8211; Almaverde Bio<br \/>\n280 g granulated sugar<br \/>\n3 whole eggs<br \/>\n80 g softened butter<br \/>\n150 g of whole almonds (with skin)<br \/>\n40 g pine nuts<br \/>\n50 g raisins soaked in brandy<br \/>\ngrated rind of 1\/2 an organic orange<br \/>\n1\/2 vanilla pod<br \/>\na pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAt least an hour before starting to make the cantuccini biscuits, take the butter out of the fridge, so that you can use it at room temperature, and soak the raisins in water or brandy.<br \/>\nBeat the eggs with the sugar. Sift the three types of flour and them to the egg mixture along with a pinch of salt.<br \/>\nAdd the softened butter to the mixture, along with the whole almonds, pine nuts, raisins (well squeezed), orange peel and the vanilla pod.<br \/>\nMix all the ingredients together well and, with the resulting dough, form 4\/5 little loaves, at least 3-4 fingers wide. Place them on the dripping-pan covered with oven paper.<br \/>\nCook at 200 \u00b0C for about 15 minutes.<br \/>\nTake the little loaves out of the oven and cut them to obtain the classic cantuccini biscuits.
