\nA well is made in flour and beaten eggs, sugar, lemon, sourdough starter and a bit of milk are poured in. Everything is mixed to get a smooth dough. The dough is then divided into pieces and shaped into doughnuts that are placed on a greased and floured tray. The biscuits are dusted with icing sugar and baked for half an hour at 180\u00b0C. <\/p>\n
