\nTorsetto is a white-coloured sweet with an aromatic aroma and orange flavour. Finished, it looks like a diamond topped by a small \u201cbubble\u201d that rises during baking (to get this, the individual pieces must be worked very quickly during preparation). <\/p>\n

\nSugar is cooked with water until it can be stretched like a wire. It\u2019s quickly mixed with flour and the remaining ingredients (cloves and orange) and rolled out into a \u00bdcm-thin sheet. The pastry is quickly cut into little diamonds, placed in a tray and baked at 180\u00b0C. During baking, the lower part of the pastry forms a bubble. Baking time is about 20 minutes. <\/p>\n

They are only made during the Easter period for a total production quantity of 30kg.
