This will be followed by welcome speeches from the President of the Region of Tuscany, <strong>Eugenio Giani<\/strong>; the Vice President and Councillor for Agri-food, <strong>Stefania Saccardi<\/strong>; the Secretary General of the Florence Chamber of Commerce, <strong>Giuseppe Salvini<\/strong>; and the Director of Fondazione Sistema Toscana, <strong>Francesco Palumbo<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><strong>Tiziana Sarnari<\/strong>, Head of the Geographical Indications Office at <strong>ISMEA<\/strong>, will present updated data and trends in the sector, while <strong>Gennaro Giliberti<\/strong>, agronomy officer of the Region of Tuscany\u2019s Agri-food Department, will explain \u201cThe Regions\u2019 Proposal for the National Olive Plan.\u201d<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Later in the morning, several guests will speak, sharing best practices linked to Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. These include popular TV cook <strong>Luisanna Messari<\/strong>, chefs <strong>Gian Piero Fava<\/strong> and <strong>Andrea Perini<\/strong>, pizza maker <strong>Tommaso Vatti<\/strong>, the organiser of \u201cEnolia\u201d <strong>Gabriele Ghirlanda<\/strong>, and the founder of the SuprEvo Olive Oil Museum, <strong>Lauro Morettini.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Next will be the awards ceremony for the <strong>48 labels selected for the 2025 catalogue and the 13 winning oils<\/strong>.
