Until December 22 2024, it is possible to submit, free of charge, a maximum of 80 oil samples for “The 2025 Selection of PDO and PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oils of Tuscany.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

The Selection aims to highlight the best olive oil production in Tuscany and to use it in promotional activities, rewarding and stimulating the commitment of olive oil producers and companies to the continuous improvement of product quality.<\/span> \n \n\u00a0 \n \nThe Selection is promoted by the Region of Tuscany, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Florence and its special company PromoFirenze, and by the Fondazione Sistema Toscana.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

There will also be a photographic competition; a maximum of 2 photos may be submitted per participant in the Selection, with the possibility of having their photos published in the Catalogue, in Italian and English, printed and consultable online.<\/span> \n \nFor any further details of \u201cThe 2025 Selection of PDO and PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oils of Tuscany\u201d please consult the notice (Annex A) approved by executive Decree No. 23827 issued on 28\/10\/2024.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Beneficiaries<\/strong> \n \nParticipation in the selection is free of charge and is reserved for the following types of companies:<\/span><\/p>\n\n

    1. Recognised producer organisations;<\/span><\/li> \n<\/ol><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. \n \t
      1. Groups of companies (excluding consortia or associations representing PDO and PGI products);<\/span><\/li> \n \t
      2. Individual enterprises producing and marketing PDO and PGI certified extra virgin olive oils made in Tuscany from the following protected denominations:<\/li> \n<\/ol><\/li>\n\n\n\n
